Health - Using low LOC materials at every opportunity on the site was a priority
Attention to Detail - Preserving the historic details on the elements that were redone and using them on all of the new elements like the fireplace mantels and wainscoting.
This project included an extensive interior renovation of an historic home as well as adding an office above the detached four car garage. The remodel included restoration work on five of the home's fireplaces as well as the elaborate wainscoting. A large component of this project involved the complete master bathroom redesign, but the project as a whole involved work on every space and every surface of the home.
A secondary component of the project involved creating a home office with a conference room, and by adding four dormers plus a new entrance area, we were able to create a spacious, efficient, and stylish work environment.
